If you have multiple shapes in mind for your custom jewellery, we are here to assist you. During the design process, you can select one shape in the form and include the additional shape options in the notes section. Our design experts will review your preferences and provide you with different options based on the selected shapes. This way, you can choose the best shape that aligns with your vision, style, and preferences.

We do not charge for the initial design up to the point of commencement of manufacturing, However, if you decide to completely redesign and create a new design, a fee of $70.00 will be applied. This fee will then be credited to your account should you wish to proceed with the new design.

Our design experts will then create a technical design layout, rendered life like videos and images and an initial price estimate for review. Once approved, our skilled experts will meticulously handcraft your custom jewellery with precision and attention to detail. The timeline for the custom jewellery process can vary depending on the complexity of the design and the specific requirements of your custom piece. Typically, the initial rendering will be provided within 48 hours after receipt of your form. Once the design is approved, the crafting of yourcustom jewellery will take approximately 4-6 weeks.
Please note that this timeline is an estimate and can be subject to change based on the clarity of inputs in your form, the intricacy of the design, availability of materials, and any additional customization requests. Absolutely! We understand that your preferences and ideas can evolve during the design phase. That's why we provide you with the opportunity to make changes or modifications to the design concept before we start crafting your jewellery. Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the design before we proceed with production. Your dream ring is our top priority, and we want to work together to bring it to life.

When the design is finalised and approved, a deposit of 25% is required with the balance to be payed before shipment.

At Dream Diamonds we are committed to crafting beautiful bespoke jewellery designed exclusively for you with our team of highly skilled jewellers. Therefore, we cannot offer refunds for Bespoke Jewellery. We are dedicated to your satisfaction with your Bespoke order so if you are not entirely satisfied with your bespoke jewellery, we offer a 14-day return policy, allowing you to return your custom design for a store credit only within this timeframe. Please note that returns for Bespoke orders will receive a store credit amounting to 80% of the purchase price. A 20% processing fee will be retained.The store credit is valid for 12 months from date of return and can be used towards any future purchases at Dream Diamonds. Our goal is to provide a convenient and flexible return option while ensuring fairness in processing fees.
Should you choose to return your Bespoke piece for a store credit towards a new Bespoke piece, through the Bespoke application, this is considered a re-design and is eligible one time only.

At this moment, we do not offer repurposing services for existing jewellery. However, our custom jewellery process allows you to create a completely new piece based on your vision and preferences. Bespoke is available for rings, particularly engagement rings and wedding bands, earrings, pendants, necklaces, and bracelets. We specialize in creating unique and personalized designs for these special occasions. However, we are always open to exploring new possibilities and accommodating different requests.
