It is possible that a declined payment is due to insufficient funds, an expired card or a security issue. We suggest you contact your provider.

1) Depending on the pieces of Jewellery ordered, our estimated delivery is 4-8 weeks. As most of our pieces are handcrafted, please allow time for production.

2) We do offer daily specials, sale items and occasionally clearance stock. The items are for immediate dispatch and will be shipped in 1-3 business days from order.

3) We do carry a selection of stock in our showrooms, if you are interested, please contact either our Sydney office or Adelaide office for details.

For orders placed in Australia, our parcels are sent through Australia Post

Due to the high value of our parcels, a signature is required on delivery. If there is no one available to sign for the parcel it will be held at your nearest post office or depot and is to be collected with photo ID and signature.

If an order is placed for a loose diamond on our website and the stone is not available at the time of order, we will notify you and offer you a diamond which in our opinion is the most similar to the one you originally selected or better. If this is not suitable to you, we will offer you a full refund.

RETURNS, WARRANTIES AND REPAIRS

Dream Diamonds offers a Lifetime warranty against manufacturing faults. Any repairs or modifications made to any of our Jewellery by any other jeweller or person other than Dream Diamonds voids the warranty. We offer a 14-day money back guarantee (see policy under Terms of Service)

We offer a complimentary 14-day return policy with FREE return shipping via Australia Post, so you can make sure your purchase is perfect. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, return it within 14 days from when it ships for a full refund back to your original payment method, see our return policy.

You can clean your lab grown diamond jewellery the same way that you do most of your fine jewellery. One simple method is to use a little dish soap and warm water and gently scrub your jewellery with a soft cloth or soft bristle toothbrush. Rinse it clean and then let it dry on a soft cloth. Another option is to use an ultrasonic jewellery cleaner. If you need more professional cleaning or repairs, please contact us.

Many of our engagement rings and wedding bands are engravable. If the Engagement ring is engravable, you will have the option to add the engraving on the product page or in the shopping cart. There may be a small fee for this service.
